WELLNESS DESIGN

CREATING INTENTIONAL SPACES TO DEFINE YOUR SANCTUARY

What does it mean to ‘define your sanctuary?

‘Wellness’ is so much more than monthly massages, eating healthy and exercising regularly.

What does your favorite reading corner look like?

What does it FEEL like?

Your favorite coffee spot?

Your favorite restaurant?

Is it the food or the ambiance that keeps you coming back?

Let’s design your space intentionally so that it defines your sanctuary. Imagine a home where you can feel at peace, where your body, mind and spirit can rest yet be inspired at the same time.

There are many ways to approach ‘wellness design’, and as a Massage Therapist, I am no stranger to talking about healing spaces. Through this process we would work together to identify what creates the feeling you want your room to portray. This is achieved through colors, textures, plants, lighting, artwork, furniture style, space, patterns, and the list goes on.

In addition to ‘wellness’ in the form of healthy emotions, wellness design can also include focus on indoor air quality, sustainable materials, light quality, healthy lifestyle habits, and so on.
